GLOBAL STRATEGIC ARCHITECTURE
COUNCIL OF 5 - International Alliance Framework
The Saudi Business Council operates through the Council of 5 Strategic Alliances - a structured global framework designed to organize capital, technology, resources, and partnerships into aligned economic corridors supporting Saudi Vision 2030.
Each alliance functions as a regional gateway, enabling controlled access to investment opportunities, strategic partnerships, and long-term economic cooperation with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
This architecture ensures all engagements are institutionally filtered, aligned, and executed - reducing fragmentation and elevating the quality of global partnerships.
GLTRCORE acts as the Secretariat and Screening Desk of the Council of 5, operating as a pre-funnel gateway for institutional engagement.
All partners, investors, and initiatives are evaluated through structured institutional criteria:
• Strategic alignment with Vision 2030
• Verified capital or operational capability
• Governance standards and execution track record
Only qualified opportunities are advanced into active alliances, programs, and investment platforms.
